Videology Pink ScreenEdit

There can be several causes of this problem. The easiest to check is to ensure that the Videology is connected properly according to the latest Port Configuration. At the time of this writing that is on the back of a 960/980 and on the side of a GD8000. If it is not connect it properly and test it again.

The next possibility is a problem with the capture device in JMF. Remote in and run jmfinit and attempt the capture again.

In some instances this has been caused by a problem with the Videology camera itself. If possible swap in another camera from a workstation at the site to test or REPLACE CAMERA
