Code 39 barcode cannot be read - If the site is using a Dell 2350, have them increase the toner darkness by one. If that does not fix it or if the site is already at ten have them shake the toner cartridge.

If the site reports that the Document Scanner will only scan one page in Rapids but works fine in Config, Delete and reinstall Rapids. (May work with 3220 and 7.5.5.8.0)
