Error 263: Laminate 1 bad
The laminator's lower laminate position sensor is not seeing the correct marks on the laminate.
Verify that the laminate with the hole is installed in cassette 1.
Verify that the laminate is installed correctly.
Try another roll of laminate.
If the problem persists REPLACE LAMINATOR
