Error 226: Laminate 2 bad
The laminator's upper laminate position sensor is not seeing the correct marks on the laminate.
Verify that the laminate without the hole is installed in cassette 2.
Verify that the laminate is installed correctly.
Try another roll of laminate.
If the problem persists REPLACE LAMINATOR
